Enrolling in the Amex Centurion (US) is the entire path: it hands you Hilton Honors Diamond, Delta SkyMiles Platinum Medallion, IHG One Rewards Platinum Elite, Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite, Avis President's Club, and Hertz President's Circle automatically, and each one stays active for as long as you hold the card — no separate application, no spending threshold to clear first.

Two of those statuses open further free matches. Delta SkyMiles Platinum Medallion converts into JetBlue TrueBlue Mosaic 2, American AAdvantage Platinum Pro, United MileagePlus Premier Platinum (enroll by December 31, 2026 to hold status into January 2028), and Sixt Platinum. Hilton Honors Diamond converts into Choice Privileges Platinum, Wyndham Rewards Diamond, and National Emerald Club Executive Elite. None of these renew automatically the way the card-conferred statuses above do — each runs on its own program's match terms and expiration.

Two chains run further still, and both stay free. That same Delta status can be carried through JetBlue, a lower American AAdvantage Platinum tier (distinct from the Platinum Pro match above), United MileagePlus, and Alaska Atmos before landing at Southwest Rapid Rewards A-List — the reference below maps every hop. Separately, Hilton Honors Diamond matches into MSC Voyagers Club Diamond, a once-per-lifetime move, which itself matches once more into Explora Club Platinum.

The one path that costs effort rather than money is World of Hyatt: American AAdvantage only credits Hyatt Discoverist as a milestone reward for actually earning around 100,000 AAdvantage Loyalty Points, not for simply holding Platinum status. Clear that, and Discoverist matches at no cost into Best Western Rewards Platinum, good through December 2027.
