Explora matches you in for free from the entry tier of programs including the Hapag-Lloyd Cruises loyalty programme, Oceania Club, Cunard World Club, Princess Captain's Circle, and Celebrity Captain's Club — submit proof of your current tier and the match is processed globally in about ten business days.

The match scales with what you bring. Mid-tier status from lines like MSC Voyagers Club, Seabourn Club, the Seven Seas Society (Regent Seven Seas Cruises), and the Venetian Society (Silversea) lands you at Silver instead, and status closer to the top of your home program — Regent's Titanium tier, Silversea's 350+ tier, Celebrity's Zenith — gets you into Gold. Reach the very top of a program, like MSC's Blue Diamond, Seabourn's Diamond Elite, or Regent's Commodore tier, and the match runs all the way to Platinum. Whichever tier you land at, it's a one-time move — Explora only lets you match once, so it pays to match from the highest status you currently hold rather than settling for less.
