Most of what this card reaches takes a separate application or a spend target first; the headline benefit doesn't. The IHG One Rewards Premier Business (Chase) card confers IHG One Rewards Platinum Elite automatically for as long as you hold it, no minimum spend required — a US-only card benefit.

That Platinum Elite status alone opens two free doors. Choice Privileges will match it to Platinum once per lifetime, open to members in the US and Canada, with the validity window depending on when you apply — through the current year if you match January–June, into the following year if you match July–December. Separately, National Emerald Club will match Platinum Elite to Executive Elite (also open in the US and Canada; the reference below has the exact validity window), and that Executive Elite status forks three ways: Avis matches it to President's Club, Sixt matches it to Platinum, and Hertz matches it to President's Circle — which itself feeds one more match into Enterprise Plus Platinum. On the hotel side, the same Platinum Elite status also matches free to Wyndham Diamond, which picks up MSC Voyagers Club Gold before ending at Explora Club (Explora Journeys) Gold; the reference below maps every hop in that chain.

The harder path runs through spend, not stays: putting $40,000 on the card in a calendar year upgrades you to IHG Diamond Elite, good through December 31 of the following year. That Diamond Elite status earns a once-per-lifetime match to Hilton Honors Gold — 90 days of Gold outright, extendable to Diamond through a 12-night stay challenge — but it only pays off if you were already planning to put that much spend on the card.
