What Southwest Rapid Rewards Priority Credit Card (Chase) unlocks

card · starting from cardholder · unlocks 3 programs (3 free)

Get to Southwest A-List with this card, and you're one status match away from elite status at two other airlines. A-List is the Southwest Rapid Rewards Priority Credit Card's only guaranteed reward, earned entirely through spend: 2,500 tier-qualifying points for every $5,000 charged per year, uncapped, so roughly $70,000 in annual card spend clears A-List's 35,000-point requirement without a single qualifying flight.

From there, A-List opens two separate match doors. JetBlue TrueBlue lists Southwest Rapid Rewards as an eligible source on its own match-to-Mosaic program, and that route lands you at Mosaic 1. United MileagePlus runs the same play off its official status-match chart, crosswalking A-List directly to Premier Silver, and that match is free on its own. If you want to push further, United lets you extend that Premier Silver status by flying 5 qualifying flights and earning 1,700 qualifying points within a 120-day window after activation — but the base match to Premier Silver doesn't require any of that.

Between the two, the card-to-A-List leg is the real workhorse: it's the only step that costs nothing but spend, and both airline matches ride on top of it rather than requiring anything extra from you beyond holding A-List.

Southwest Rapid Rewards Priority Credit Card (Chase) → Southwest Rapid Rewards A-List (confer, official) 🇺🇸 — Pure card-spend path: Southwest Rapid Rewards Priority Credit Card (Chase) earns 2,500 tier-qualifying points (TQP) per $5,000 spent/year, uncapped. A-List requires 35,000 TQP/year (or 20 one-way qualifying flights), so ~$70,000 of annual card spend alone clears A-List with no flying.
