What Princess Captain's Circle unlocks

Princess Captain's Circle at the Elite tier reaches exactly one other cruise program, and getting there takes two hops rather than one. The first hop is a free, once-per-lifetime match into MSC Voyagers Club Diamond. The second is a further free match, from that Diamond status, into Explora Club (Explora Journeys) Platinum, the top tier there.

Both matches are single-use: once you claim the Princess-to-MSC match you can't run it again, and the same rule applies to MSC's own match into Explora. The Princess-to-MSC match also lapses if you don't sail MSC within three years of getting it approved, so it isn't something to bank and forget. The MSC-to-Explora step needs proof of your current MSC tier and takes about ten business days to process. Because the MSC status here is really a stepping stone rather than a stop worth taking for its own sake, this two-step route only makes sense if Explora Platinum is the actual goal.
