The fastest way to turn Seabourn status into another line's status only takes Silver tier: matching into MSC Voyagers Club gets you their Diamond tier at no cost. It's a once-per-lifetime move, and the matched Diamond tier lapses if you don't sail MSC within three years of the match being approved — so it's worth timing around a trip you're already planning rather than banking for later.

Climb to Seabourn's Diamond tier and a second free match opens up, into Explora Journeys' Explora Club at their Platinum tier. Like the MSC match it's a once-per-lifetime use, and Explora asks for proof of your current Seabourn tier and takes about ten business days to process. Neither match costs anything beyond that paperwork, and since each can only be claimed once, the practical order is to use whichever destination line you'll actually sail with first — there's no benefit to holding a match in reserve.
