The easiest way out of Azamara doesn't require top-tier status at all: once you reach Explorer (150-299 points), Azamara's own status-match chart is enough to land you Diamond in MSC Voyagers Club, worldwide. It's a one-time-per-lifetime match, and MSC gives you a real deadline to use it — the matched Diamond tier lapses if you don't sail with MSC within three years of approval.
The other route is scoped to the top of the Azamara ladder. Reach Discoverer Platinum (3,000+ points) and Explora Journeys will match you straight into its own Platinum tier, also globally and also a once-per-lifetime move. Explora asks for proof of your current Azamara tier and says to expect roughly 10 business days to process it. Neither match costs anything, but both are single-use — burn one and there's no repeating it, so it's worth timing the request for when you're actually ready to sail the other line rather than doing it just to hold the card.
Between the two, the MSC match is the more useful trick if you're not yet at Azamara's top tier, since it pays off well before you'd otherwise qualify for anything comparable. The Explora match is the reward for reaching the very top of Azamara Circle, and it's the stronger prize of the two — Platinum outright, no lower consolation tier on offer.
