On the Delta side, holding the card earns a $2,500 MQD Headstart toward Silver Medallion each Medallion Qualification Year; Delta's MQD Boost adds $1 MQD per $20 of card purchases with no cap, so $50,000 of annual card spend on top of the Headstart clears Silver's 5,000 MQD requirement without a single flight.

Every rental-car result starts with the same move: enrolling the card gets you Hertz Five Star in the US, free of charge. From Five Star, a status match takes you straight into Sixt Platinum, and that same Sixt Platinum then matches into Avis President's Club, the top of Avis's ladder — so two of the four rental programs are just a pair of matches beyond enrollment.
