The Altitude Reserve's car-rental reach comes down to one grant: it hands existing cardholders National Emerald Club Executive status outright, no rental history required. U.S. Bank closed the card to new applicants in November 2024, so this only works if you already have it, but four of the five programs reachable from the card trace back to that single Executive status.

From there, two routes fork. One runs straight into Sixt: National Executive matches into Sixt Platinum, a status that never expires, and that Sixt status matches again into Avis President's Club, Avis's top tier — the match needs email proof of your Sixt status and lasts around a year before you'd have to redo it. The other route threads through Avis Preferred Plus, a lower Avis tier reached off the same National status, then a Hertz match, before landing on Enterprise Plus Platinum; the reference below maps every hop, but the Avis-to-Hertz leg only opens with 25+ rentals in a year and can be claimed just once every five years, valid through the end of the second calendar year after approval.
